The Apple Sommelier – Andersen Storm | world recognition, perception

I know what I would do if I were rich: I would hire an apple sommelier.

A sommelier? Of course.

And his only job would be to find 365 varieties of apples for me.

From all over the world.

And every morning, he would present me with an apple of the day, suited to that particular day.

He could post them, too. And he could work with pomologists. That would be fine. Somehow he has to supplement his meagre salary.

But since I am not rich, today’s apple of the day is called “Sweet and Tart” and comes from a one-kilo net bag.

And what does the story tell you?

Whatever you read into it tells you only about yourself.
